"EXTREMELY pleased with the service AND price received from Anytime Septic. They were very easy to get in touch with from day one and explained their pricing and service over the phone. We had a couple of scheduling issues after he was caught longer than expected on an emergency call on our initial service date and then encountered a mechanical issue with his truck on the second date, but..........THEY ARE MORE THAN WORTH THE WAIT! No one you talk to will beat their price and I would wager that there are very few who will match the service. I couldn't be there on the actual service date, but Rebecca kept me updated by phone and also covered everything with my father-in-law (who met them at the house). We just purchased the home and knew from the disclosure that the tank had not been serviced since the house had been built...some 18 YEARS! I fully expected there would be some damage or other costly repairs needed after so much time, but James explained that everything looked good and only suspected that the filter on the other side of the tank might be a bit clogged based on evidence that the water level had risen above where it should have been at some point in time. He told me it would be $100 extra to uncover the other side and clean the filter (which is still a GREAT deal considering his price for pumping is $295 for a tank that hasn’t been taken care of). When they uncovered it, they discovered it was a baffled tank and had no filter to clean. The reason for the elevated water level in the tank was most likely a dip in the back yard over the lines which caused over-saturation in heavy rain. Fully expecting that he would need to charge for at least uncovering the other side of the tank, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he did not. Still just the flat $295. I'd have gladly paid him extra for the work done, but he wouldn't take it. That is honest customer service you don't see much anymore and it's exactly why I will be recommending this company (as will my father-in-law who was pretty surprised to see that their fee was exactly what they quoted me) to anyone needing septic service in the future."

“I want to thank James at Anytime Septic Solutions for coming right over and saving us from a huge disaster of our septic system almost collapsing! We have been here for a year now, and at the beginning of summer our septic alarm started going off. We had a septic company come out a few times, but nothing seemed to get fixed. When they would leave, we felt like not much had changed because we didn’t know if the system was OK or not. The alarm was still going off. It was very frustrating because our pocket book was definitely draining, but we weren’t sure if our septic system was. My husband met James a week ago and James told him about his company Anytime. He came the next day and went through our whole system, dug up two tank openings (We didn’t even know about one of them, they were never dug during previous pumpings.
